UX Ordering Screens
Welcome to my UX Design showcase! I have combined motion graphics and intuitive design for our 50-inch kiosk touch screen, aiming to engage consumers and simplify the ordering process. We tackled ADA compliance by integrating a button at an accessible height. Our kiosks were located in fast-paced environments such as Hospitals, Airports, College Campuses, and more. Capturing attention in under 1 second is key. Leveraging captivating motion graphics, we guide users into the ordering process. We've also conducted A/B testing to refine our approach, ensuring maximum engagement. Our solution seamlessly blends accessibility, engagement, and innovation, allowing users to navigate effortlessly.

Elevating Engagement: The Power of UX Attract Video Loops

Addressing the Problem: In my original design, static screens failed to capture attention in the fast-paced kiosk environment. Additionally, conveying the concept of on-demand, fresh, and hot food was challenging. Many consumers approached our kiosk unsure if it served food, leading to missed opportunities.

My Solution: To address these issues, I introduced dynamic UX attract loops. By infusing subtle movement into our visuals, we provided consumers with a refreshing perspective on the food offerings. Through market research and strategic copywriting, I integrated enticing phrases like "mouthwatering," "delicious," "culinary," and "HOT" to communicate the availability of hot, fresh food.

By incorporating slight movement into the loops, such as gently swaying ingredients or sizzling animations, I created an immersive experience that instantly captivates our consumers. Through strategic copywriting, we've successfully transformed consumer perception and clarified our offerings, ensuring that every visitor to our kiosk understands the culinary delights that await them.
